InnovoIntel

Service Overview

InnovoIntel reports by InnovoGeo Engineering deliver rapid, cost-effective desktop geotechnical risk assessments for development and infrastructure projects. These reports provide actionable insight before field investigations begin, combining:

  • Public GIS datasets

  • Published geotechnical, geological, and environmental data

  • Historic aerial imagery, topographic maps, and soil surveys

  • Expert interpretation from a licensed professional engineer

With InnovoIntel, you gain early awareness of geotechnical risks and potential mitigation strategies - enabling informed decisions, efficient budgeting, and smarter project planning. Completing a full geotechnical field investigation can involve significant lead times and costs - depending on project size, complexity, and access constraints. Scheduling drilling equipment, securing permits, coordinating utility clearance, and awaiting lab test results can delay progress by several weeks to months.   InnovoIntel reports offer a streamlined, affordable alternative for early-phase decision-making, providing rapid geotechnical insight without needing site access or invasive testing.  While not a substitute for final design investigations, InnovoIntel reports enable clients to identify and plan for risks earlier, reducing surprises and improving project scoping from the outset.

Client Use Cases:

  • Developers assessing land acquisitions

  • Owners evaluating project feasibility

  • Engineers and Contractors preparing early design packages

  • Investors and Lenders evaluating design and construction risk

Key Benefits:

  • Informs and clarifies early-stage development risks

  • Enhances budgeting accuracy and expectations

  • Guides scope of site-specific geotechnical investigations

  • Supports comparisons between potential sites or land parcels

    • Fee: $2,250

  • Optional Add-on InSAR Project Analysis

    • InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar) is a satellite-based remote sensing technique used to detect and measure historic ground movement over time, with millimeter-scale precision. This analysis is particularly valuable for identifying subsidence, heave, or slope instability risks that may not be evident from surface mapping alone.

    • InnovoIntel offers InSAR analysis in collaboration with trusted technical service providers. This optional add-on enhances project screening, especially for large infrastructure sites or areas with known subsidence history or displacement-related risks.

    • Fees and turnaround times vary depending on project location, size, and InSAR data availability.

Note: A 25% retainer payment is required to initiate services.
